Yes! All orders over $75 qualify for free Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) within the United States. Orders under $75 are charged $6.99 for Standard Shipping. Express and Overnight shipping are available at additional cost.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Start your return by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Absolutely! We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process and ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your carrier and tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.
We accept all major payment methods through PayPal — including PayPal balance, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal Pay Later. Your payment is processed securely through PayPal's encrypted system. We do not store your card details.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. For specific fit questions, email [email protected] and we'll help.
Currently, we ship within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We are working on expanding to international markets. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We're sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and may not be changed. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
Yes — your security is our top priority. All payments are processed through PayPal's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your credit card information on our servers.
We currently don't offer gift wrapping or digital gift cards, but it's on our roadmap! For now, our orders arrive in clean, minimal packaging — suitable for gifting. You can also add a gift note request in your order comments.
Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment. In general: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve shape and print quality. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on graphics or prints.
