Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at mactorp Store, operated by AMAZING CLOTHING LINE LLC. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST may begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

3. Free Shipping
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes) qualify for free Standard Shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required.
4. Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen. All carriers used are established, trackable services.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation email.

6. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We do not currently ship internationally.
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping. Express and Overnight shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be available.
7. Delivery Issues
- Package marked delivered but not received: Wait 24 hours as packages can occasionally be pre-marked. Then check with neighbors and your building management. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Wrong address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can attempt to redirect the package if it hasn't shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us photos within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary by state and locality and are collected in compliance with applicable law.
