Return & Refund Policy

At mactorp Store, operated by AMAZING CLOTHING LINE LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible after receiving your order.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage caused after receipt
  • In original packaging (if possible)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

3. How to Start a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  • Step 3: Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit): We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal account or credit card).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.
  • We will confirm availability and provide instructions.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship the exchange item. Exchanges ship via Standard Shipping at no additional charge.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
